Frequently asked questions

Quick answers about coverage, activation and operations.

Companies ISPs

How does the 2.5 km coverage from each POP work?

Primary coverage is served by POPs in Greater São Paulo. When you enter the ZIP code, you can see if there is a nearby POP and the best delivery format. If you are outside the direct area, we evaluate alternatives via radio or partners, subject to availability.

When does it make sense to use radio instead of fiber?

We use radio when it reduces the timeline and construction complexity, or when it is the best option for contingency. The decision depends on the ZIP code, the building scenario and the criticality of the operation.

What is the difference between the ASAP Network and a traditional carrier?

At ASAP you speak directly with the engineering team that operates the network. There is no call center and no handoffs between departments. Since we operate our own backbone in São Paulo, we have more control over quality and routing.

How do I check availability at my address?

Simply enter the ZIP code on this page. The result shows whether there is POP coverage, and the recommended delivery path (fiber, radio or partners), always based on availability.

How does zero downtime activation work?

We plan activation to reduce risk and switchover window, with technical alignment from start to finish. We prepare and validate the link beforehand, and the switch is made at the best time for your operation.
