What is Colocation?

Colocation is a service where you host your own servers and network equipment in our Data Center. ASAP provides secure physical space, redundant power, cooling, connectivity, and 24/7 monitoring, while you maintain full control over your hardware and software.

What are the contract options?

You can contract by rack unit (U) or full rack (Full Rack). The contract includes protected power, cooling, and environment access. Connectivity services such as ports, IP transit, dedicated links, and LAN to LAN circuits are optional and can be added as needed.

What services can I add to Colocation?

Connectivity services are optional and can be added according to your needs. Examples: IP transit, dedicated link, LAN to LAN circuits, ports, and integrations.

How does 24/7 support and SLA work?

Our NOC operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The SLA is contractual, up to 99.987%. We offer incident support, remote service (hands on), infrastructure monitoring, and controlled physical access for maintenance when necessary.
